Essential Leadership earns its name because the 12-month programme is built on a deep engagement with the nature of people — from a neuroscientific perspective. Grounded in modern neuroscience on the „human operating system“ and in Luhmann’s systems theory.

Beyond „something new must enter my head“. First it's about unlearning: letting go of assumptions collected over our socialisation and thinking anew. Then: connecting our own ideas with the findings of science, deriving guiding principles and translating them into concrete practice — all the way to a self-learning state.

Who am I really? How do I come across, what matters to me? How does the new understanding of role become my natural thinking, feeling and acting?

Essential Leadership can lead people to truly take ownership of what their organisation is about — to take initiative, persevere, think boldly and act in a self-determined way.
